The problem how to realize the transition from classical theory to quantum theory for a non-conservative system involving only a few degrees of freedom is of significance to modern physics especially to the creation of phenomenological quantum theory for non-conservative system. In recent years, quite a few works on the damped oscillator, which is a typical form of non-conservative system, have been done in this respect and a number of quantization considerations about damped oscillator have been suggested by some researchers on different views. This paper offers a generalization of quantum theory from that about a usual conservative system. By a secondary quantization to the unstable free particles, the result reveals that the energy of quantum vibration k of unstable free particles, presented in this paper and characterized by normalized coordinates and momentum, is just as the Hamiltonian of damped oscillator without action from external field given by D.C.Khadkar in 1979, and so the Hmiltonian by Khadkar may be introduced as a Hamiltonian of damped oscillator the way the variables should be understood as normalized variates.Summary. An assumption has been made to consider an one-dimensional damped oscillator as the non-conservative dynamics system. For the convenience of mathematical treatment, the natural frequency and damping coefficient are both defined as constants independent from time. In order to set up the quantum mechanics model, the Hermit's invariant operator K(t) of the damped oscillator's Hanmiltonian and the first order conjugate Hermit's operators A(t) and A + (t), which are considered as coordinates and momentum of the oscillator, are introduced. The explicit formulae of operators K(t), A(t) and A+ (t) under low damping conditions are then given together with the normalized eigenfunction satisfying the Schroedinger equation for oscillator. The values of h and m having been reconverted according to their proper dimensions, the statistical averages of such physical quantities as the oscillator displacement x, momentum p, total energy W, power dissipation P, and the power work-done by external forces are exp- ressed in accordance with their definitions as given. With the method of coherent state formation commonly used, the coherent state of one-dimensional damped oscillator and the expectation values of the coordinates, momentum and energy in coherent state are determined. A solution of wave packet of oscillator is given as well. Through the analysis and calculation of five typical particular cases exemplified, it is proved that the derivation and inference drawn as above for the quantum theory about non-conservative dynamics system are reasonable. It is available for reference to the researches on semiclassical treatment of molecules scattering and laser's phenomo-nological theory and will probably be useful to such fields as astromecha-nics, superconductivity and basic particles etc.

It indicates that various parts of one superior colliculus may be connected chiefly with the corresponding part of the opposite side through the commissural projection.Most of the labeled cells were found in the middle layer of the superior colliculus, especially in its upper half, less in the deep layer, and the least in the superficial layer. Neurons in the superficial layer of one side project only to the superficial layer of the contralateral side, and so are the middle-deep layers. The connections between the superficial layers of both sides were independent from those of the middledeep layers.The commissural projection of the bilateral superior colliculi passes through the commissure of the superior colliculus which could be divided into a dorsal and a ventral fiberal fasciculns. The dorsal one was smaller, predominantly related to the superficial layer and the upper half of the middle layer; the ventral one was larger, part of its fibers related to the lower half of the middle layer and the deep layer, while the rest project to other nuclei of the contralateral region of the mesencephalon (e. g. nucleus cuneiforms, etc,).Most of the labeled cells were small in size, the rest were medium-sized, and no large ones were found.
