The identification given by the Chinese Testing Machine Quality Inspection Centre has shown that the method has many advantages: small error .simple and convenient in using ,etc. As compared with the method stipulated in ISO,the present method gives out the specific accuracy value in addition to the balance precision grade.

本文提出的用随机数据处理在线评定砂轮平衡精度的方法,消除了影响测量精度的各种随机因素。这种方法不仅解决了砂轮不平衡量的在线评定,而且也可以用于各种单面转体的在线平衡和残留不平衡量的测定。经国家试验机产品质量检测中心测定结果表明:该评定方法误差小,使用简便等。与ISO中规定的方法相比,不仅能给定平衡精度等级,而且还能给出具体精度值。

Laser based machine control systems have been used for precision grading on every type of earthmoving machine in constructional engineering and agriculture. They have become the accepted method for achieving high accuracy and productivity. The application and the development of these systems are presented in this paper.
