The results of anoding electrophore-tic analysis of the peroxidase isozymes in the anthers of male-sterile line and its maintainer in Sorghum vulgare var.sudanes reported by Alam et al.(1969) showed that the male-sterile line gave less bands than maintainer.But just contrary results of anode electrophoretic analysis were obtained in Oryza sativa by Dai et al.(1978) and in Sorghum vulgare by Fu et al.(1980).In our experiments,the polyacrylamide com-parative electrophoretic analyses of the peroxidase isozymes towards cathode direction were made by the utilization of yellow seedlings of WA-type three lines and F_1 in Oryza sativa subsp.Indica.The results showed: (1) The band number of the male-sterile line is less than that of the maintainer in the anode case similar to the result of Alam,but contrary to those of Dai and Fu.(2) In the case of cathode,the reverse is true,there are more bands in the male-sterile line than in the maintain-er The difference in the number of bands between the male-sterile line and the maintainer is probably caused by the regulation of the cytoplasmic male--sterile genes expressed.

研究了三个玉米品种根尖染色体 C-带带型和间期核的染色中心。不同品种 C-带带型不同,同一品种某些对染色体的两个同源染色体之间带型具有杂合性。不同品种间期核的染色中心不同。每个品种的染色中心数接近染色体明显的 C-带数。
