Results:①Regulating the fuction of plant nerve:The different dose groups,all can reduce brain organization 5-HT、5-HIAA,which were increased after arvovaria (P<0.05 or P<0.01);even they can let 5-HT/NE's ratio decrease to the normal levelgroup.②Regulating reproduction endocrine:The high、moderate doses of the tabelts for invigorating the kidney,Can evidently increase ovariprival uterus' weight coefficient (P<0.05), lighten the atrophy degree of ovary organization with anovaria. After arvovaria, the rats' serum E2 level reduced significantly (P<0.01), the level of FSH、LH was obviously increased (P<0.01) ,but the different groups of the tabelts for invigorating the kidney can reduce eviently the levels of FSH、LH that were increased after arvovaria .③Improving immunity:The high、moderate doses of the tabelts for invigorating the kidney, both can increase rats' serum IL-2 Content. Conclusions: The tablets for invigorating the kidney can regulate the faction of plant nerve and reproduction endocrine, improve immumity, regulate nerve-eadocrine-immune network by various ways and links.

目的 :探讨补肾法对更年期综合征的治疗作用机制。方法 :以去卵巢成年♀大鼠为模型 ,补肾药片分高、中、低不同剂量对模型大鼠进行治疗 ,从神经、内分泌、免疫三大系统进行观察。结果 :①调节植物神经功能 :补肾药片不同剂量组均可使去卵巢后升高的脑组织 5 -HT、5 -HIAA的含量明显下降 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,能使去卵巢后升高的 5 -HT/NE的比值降至正常组水平。②调节生殖内分泌 :补肾药片大、中剂量均能明显增加去卵巢后的子宫重量系数 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,减轻去卵巢后子宫组织的萎缩程度 ;去卵巢后大鼠血清E2水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,FSH、LH水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,补肾药片不同剂量组均能使去卵巢后升高的FSH、LH水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。③提高免疫力 :补肾药片大、中剂量均能升高去卵巢大鼠血清IL - 2含量。结论 :补肾药能调节植物神经功能 ,调节生殖内分泌 ,提高免疫能力 ,多途径多环节地调节神经 -内分泌 -免疫网络。

Conclusion: The results suggest that GDNF may take part in regulating nerve-sprouting reactions during dental restorative process.

目的:探讨牙齿正常状态和炎症过程早、中、晚期胶质源性神经营养因子(glialcelline-derivedneurotrophicfactor,GDNF)的基因表达变化。方法:在大鼠牙髓炎模型上,分别摘提取正常鼠及炎症鼠早、中、晚期的尾侧亚核,提取总RNA,用RT-PCR一步法扩增GDNFmRNA,琼脂糖凝胶电泳照像。结果:正常鼠尾侧亚核GDNFmRNA有一定水平的基础量表达;炎症急性期GDNFmRNA表达量略有下降;炎症修复期GDNFmRNA表达量上升至高峰后回落至高于基础表达量的水平。结论:牙髓炎修复期GDNF在尾侧亚核F的表达增高,提示GDNF可能参与炎症牙髓神经修复再生过程,对神经末稍再生发芽有促生长作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect and mechanism of Guanxin capsule on myocardial infarction in rats.METHODS The myocardial infarction model in rats was induced by coronary artery ligation.The effect of Guanxin capsule on L type calcium channel current was studied by using patch clamp whole cell recording techniques.RESULTS Guangxin capsule showed marked effects on myocardial infarction in a dose dependent fashion,and significantly inhibited the elevation of S T segment induced by myocardial ischemia.In patch clamp experiment,Guanxin 1,10,30 mg·ml -1 specifically inhibited L type calcium current in a concentration dependent fashion,30 mg·ml -1 inhibited calcium current by 52%.CONCLUSION Guanxin capsule shrinked the myocardial infarction area in rats in a dose dependent fashion,and had the protect effect on myocardial infarction.The mechanism of Guanxin capsule on myocardial infarction and ischemia might be related to its regulating nerve function,inhibiting calcium channel,and stabilizing cardiac myocyte membrane.

目的 观察冠心胶囊对大鼠心肌梗死的影响及其作用机制。方法 用大鼠冠脉结扎法制备心肌梗死模型 ,应用膜片钳技术研究药物对L 型钙通道的作用。结果 冠心胶囊能剂量依赖性地对抗大鼠冠脉结扎引起的心肌梗死 ,并明显抑制心肌缺血引起的S T段抬高。冠心胶囊 1,10 ,30mg·ml-1可显著抑制钙通道 ,减少钙离子内流 ,30mg·ml-1可抑制钙离子 5 2 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 冠心胶囊能剂量依赖性地缩小大鼠心肌梗死面积 ,对心梗具有保护作用。这一作用可能和其调节植物神经的功能 ,抑制钙通道 ,稳定心肌细胞膜有关。
