从材料学、化学热力学和环境学等交叉学科入手,探讨利用含活性钙工业废弃物煅烧硅酸盐水泥熟料的可行性,并借助f-CaO测定和x射线衍射(XRD)等测试手段验证和研究了含活性钙工业废弃物对硅酸盐水泥熟料形成的影响。研究表明:含活性钙工业废弃物部分代替石灰石煅烧水泥熟料在理论和实际生产上是可行的;含活性钙类工业废弃物可降低优质石灰石资源和熟料的烧成热耗,同时可减少CO2的排放量,为水泥工业降低环境负荷和水泥工业可持续发展生产提供新的技术路线或思路。
