The PID regulator is one of the most important industrial controlinstruments. It is widely used in industrial production process control. Although itis proved that current PID regulator is a optimal regulator for processes character-ized by Ke~(-TS)/(TS+1) or Ke~(-TS)/(T_1S+1)(T_2S+1), yet it exposes some disad-vantages. The PID regulator is one of the most important industrial controlinstruments. It is widely used in industrial production process control. Although itis proved that current PID regulator is a optimal regulator for processes character-ized by Ke~(-TS)/(TS+1) or Ke~(-TS)/(T_1S+1)(T_2S+1), yet it exposes some disad-vantages. For example, it's functions are incomplete and it's turning parameters arecoupled with each other. Furthermore, these regulators cannot adapted to nonlinearor time-varying processes. This paper describes an advanced PID regulator from thepoint of view of classical and modern control theory. There are two features, i. e. itsderivative action acts only on the measuring path, and not the set point's path; theintegral feedback signal is fed from external, and not internal. This paper analysisadaptability of the regulator to cascade control system, float-limit control systemand override control system for protection from the integral windup. PID regulatorshould be improved, to suit nonlinear and time-varying processes, specially itrequired that developed diversify function in respect to nonlinear PID regulatorand adaptive PID regulator. Finally, this paper describes a dual-mode regulator withstate-variabe dynamic compensation which is very useful for processes with quickresponse and large disturbance.

When comparison of the essential trace elements intake of breast feeding and cow's milk feeding infant with the values recommended, the breast feeding was more optional than cow's milk feeding from nutritional point of view. Our results offered the scientific evidence for breast feeding and suggested that additional essential trace elements should be given to cow's milk when it was used to fed infant.

The titanyl sulfate solution is hydrolyzed according to theautonucleation,method by adding gradually the solution to abody of water at a constant rate over 10—20 min as to obtainan ionic Concertration after 1 min of feeding from 87 to96g/L。The concertration of H_2SO_4 in the final,hydrolysissolution is regulated to a value of 300 g/L by adding waterfrom the commencement of clouding of the hydrolysis solution upto the end of hydorlysis.
