This paper deals with the apptication that AQL210 water solution control the malleable iron cooling tromsformation after high temperature omneale,of which the cooling rate is betweem air and oil. It is indicated that the cooting rate which is tightly slower than critical cooting rate V. avoid coarse pearlite or martensite,in order to oblain sorbit and troostite,The mixture fine pearoite become alone sorbite with high temperature tempering,Which takes excellent mexhanical property.
