An outstanding troublesome problem usually found in the operation of such a burner is the deflection of the gas flow causing slagging of the water tube thus endangering the operational safety and boiler economy. An important factor which causes deflection of the gas-flow is the ratio of the secondary to primary air-flow momentum.Through theoretical deduction we can arrive at the conclusion: the ratio of the secondary to primary air-flow momentums in the jet pulverized fuel burner is completely determined by the choice of the velocities and the flow-ratio of the secondary and the primary air at the burner exit.Theoretical calculation as well as statistical data enable us to find the appro ximate relation that exist between the momentum ratio of the secondary to the primary air flows and the volatile matter V(?) on the combustible basis of the fuel. The momentum ratio decreases as V(?) increases.Both theoretical deduction and test data, have shown that the decrease of the secondary to primary air-flow ratio (I_(2k)/I_(1k)) is one of the important conditions for reducing air-flow deflection and tube slagging.Therefore, in the design and operation of the corner jet pulverized fuel burner, it is reasonable(?)to select the lowest possible value of I_(2k)/I_(1k) that is compatible with the combustion economy considerations.

It is pointed out that CWS is liable to burn in both a fluidized bed and pulverized fuel combustor. The NO emission could be lower than that from burning dry coal. This paper dealt mainly with the work on the properties of SBR, PVC and PF filled with the superfine pulverized fuel ash. It was found that the fuel ash can not be used as a filler for SBR, because the main properties, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength and so on, of SBR filled with the fuel ash were poorer than those of the material filled with super fine calcium carbonate, but the other properties, such as hardness, modulus and permant set, were similar to those.The properties, such...

It was found that the fuel ash can not be used as a filler for SBR, because the main properties, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength and so on, of SBR filled with the fuel ash were poorer than those of the material filled with super fine calcium carbonate, but the other properties, such as hardness, modulus and permant set, were similar to those.The properties, such as flexural strength and impact strength, of PF filled with the fuel ash were up to the state standards of the moulding powder for daily use, but its electrical properties came down, so that it can not be use for electric products. When PVC was filled with the fuel ash, its properties, such as tensile strength, flekurol strength, impact strength, Martens heat resistance and so on, were up to the business standards of CaC08-PVC. The experimental results under the same filling conditions showed that the finer the particle size of pulverized fuel ash, the better the performance of the material filled with the fuel ash.If the fuel ash is used as a filler for a material, cost of the material will be reduced, and in this way the enrironment pollution from fuel ash will be eliminatet. Therefore, it is valuable to our industry.

本文研究了超细粉煤灰填充酚醛,聚氯乙烯塑料后的性能变化,及填充无补强丁苯胶后性能的分析。发现粉煤灰可作酚醛,聚氯乙烯的填充剂。不适于作丁苯胶的补强剂。在同样的填充条件下,粉煤灰的粒径越细,填充效果越好。其中粉煤灰-酚醛填充材料可达到日用模塑粉的国家标准,粉煤灰-聚氯乙烯填充材料可达到钙塑材料的企业标准,而材料成本有所降低,同时有助于消除环境污染。
