在控制测试质量条件下,测定了大骨节病区和非病区麦面、玉米面和黄豆中硒铜锌锰铁钙磷含量。对比分析结果表明:病区麦面中硒铜量低于、铁锰钙量高于、玉米面和黄豆中硒锌量低于非病区。在病区里,黄豆富含铜锌钙磷、钙磷比值较合理,麦面次之,玉米面较差。麦面的铜锌钙磷锰铁量随碾磨度由粗到精依次减少。病区村民常食的麦面(80—90%)—玉米面(10—20%)主食中,锰铁偏多、锌磷不足、硒铜钙缺乏,是一种无机元素较不平衡的食物。文末讨论了提高病区村民主食中缺乏元素供应水平的方法。

Atomic absorption spectrophometric method was used to determine the 7 kinds of trace element (Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Ca、Mg、K) in 256 samples of the giant panda's staple food bamboo: leaf. Shootculn, annual culm, biennial culm, root and rhizome of Bashania fangiana. Fargesia robusta, Fargesia nitida and Yushania Chungii in Wolong Natural Reserve. It showed the relationship between the trace element contents with species, age. Positions and habitat (altitude、season) of bamboo stand.

用原子吸收分光光度法测定了四川卧龙自然保护区大熊猫主食竹种——冷箭竹(Bashania fangiana)、拐棍竹(Fargesia robusta)、华西箭竹(Fargesia nitide)、峨眉玉山竹(Yushania chungii)的叶、笋—幼竹、一年秆、二年秆、根、鞭共256例中的铜、锌、锰、铁、钙、镁、钾等七种元素含量。找到了微量元素含量与竹类、竹龄、竹株部位、竹的生长环境(海拔高度、季节)等的关系。

Speciation of Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg in Ligusticum wallichii Franch was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry.The forms of free ions and non free ions of Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg in filtrate were obtained by using cation-exchange resin, and the method of separating and analyzing two speciation was established.The results showed that Zn existed on free ions form and hadnt any non free ions form.A few Ca and Mg existed on non free ions,more than 50% of Mn and Fe existed on non free ions.

利用原子吸收分光光度法对中药川芎中锌、锰、铁、钙、镁五种元素的形态进行了研究。用阳离子交换树脂将川芎可溶态中锌、锰、铁、钙、镁分为游离态和非游离态 ,建立了两形态的分离分析方法。结果表明 ,可溶态中锌全部以游离态存在 ,不存在非游离态 ;钙和镁存在少量非游离态 ;锰和铁存在超过 5 0 %的非游离态
