It is pointed out that the forms to express the fuzziness and randomness of the earthquake intensity should be different for the problems with different characters and conditions. In the evaluation of intensity for an occurred earthquake where existed only fuzziness, the intensity can be expressed as a fuzzy vector obtained by comprehensive multifactorial judgement. It is pointed out that the forms to express the fuzziness and randomness of the earthquake intensity should be different for the problems with different characters and conditions. In the evaluation of intensity for an occurred earthquake where existed only fuzziness, the intensity can be expressed as a fuzzy vector obtained by comprehensive multifactorial judgement. Two forms to express the predictive earthquake intensities with the consideration of both their fuzziness and randomness are suggested and can be selected according to the conditions for risk analysis of earthquake.

本文指出,随着问题的性质和条件的不同,地震烈度的随机性和模糊性应有不同的表达方式。在对已发生地震的烈度评定中,只存在模糊性而无随机性,可将烈度表达为离散论域上的一个模糊向量,利用多因素综合评判的方法得出。在预测某地点未来地震的烈度时,既存在模糊性又有随机性,文中提出了二种表达方式:当该地点有条件进行比较周密的地震危险性分析时,可将烈度的随机性和模糊性分别表达;当没有上述条件时,可用连续烈度论域上的一个带有预测参数的隶属函数,同时描述预测烈度的模糊性和随机性。文中还给出了上述方法的一些具体应用。

Kiureghian and Ang. on the basis of the fact that the earthquake intensity contoures genrelly possess elliptic shape, we directly utilise intensity- attenuation relations in the direction of the major axis and the minor axis for seismic risk analysis, two physical relations(the slip length-magnitude relation, the intensity-distance relation ) in the fault rupture model are discarded, this paper recounts train of thought and major calculat oinsteps of the elliptic intensity-attenuation model. We have made seismic risk analysis of two sites in Henan province using the elliptic model. The results show that the model is realistic and feasible.

本文提出了一种地震危险性分析的烈度衰减椭圆模型及其计算方法.该模型是对Der. Kiureghian, Ang提出的断层—破裂模型的修改.基于大多数地震等烈度线都是椭圆这一事实,我们直接利用烈度的长轴向和短轴向衰减关系式进行危险性分析计算,舍弃了断层—破裂模型中的两个关系式(滑动长度—震级关系式;烈度—场地到断裂最短距离关系式).文中叙述了烈度衰减椭圆模型的思路和主要计算步骤.用该模型对河南两个场地进行了地震危险性分析,结果表明该模型是切实可行的.
