Results not only showed again that some fungi are able to reduce nitrate to nitrite, but demonstrated for the first time that fungi can utilize primary amines or inorganic nitrogen to produce secondary amines and to form nitrosa -mines after nitrosation, especially some asymmetric and cyclic nitrosamines, such as methylicoamylamine, methylbenzylnitrosamine, nitrosopiperidine and two new nitrosamines, N- 3-methylbutyl-N - 1-methy lacetony Init rosamine and N-2 -methylpropyl-N -1-methylacetonylnit rosamine. The possible ways that fungi utilizing primary amines in formation of nitrosamines are also disscused.

This paper deals with the separation and structure analysis of polymer wax AT-0346.The results of the column chromatography and IR,MS, ~1H NMR,GPC, GC-MS and so forth show that the polymer wax is composed of 80% the toluene 19.8% polyethylene octadecyl alcohol ether and 0.2% 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid-buty1-2-methylpropyl ester.
