Methods: Osteoblasts coming from rabbit bone marrow stromal cells were stimulated with 100μA/cm2 direct microcurrent immediately after seeding , the attached cells was calculated with stereology methods at 1h、2h、6h、12h and 24h after stimulation . Methods: Osteoblasts coming from rabbit bone marrow stromal cells were stimulated with 100μA/cm2 direct microcurrent immediately after seeding , the attached cells was calculated with stereology methods at 1h、2h、6h、12h and 24h after stimulation . Results: The number of attached cells in the cathodic region group were significantly higher than that of the anodic region group, while there were no differences between the cathodic region grou p and the anodic region group in control group. Conclusion: Direct microcurrent may influence the adhesive characteristics of osteoblasts. The adhesion of osteoblasts on the matrix material will be enhanced when the surface of the material was full of positive electrons. This conclusion plays an important role in bone tissue engineering promoting cells attach to matrix materials.

目的:针对骨组织工程中成骨细胞与基质材料间促粘附这一重要问题,研究微量直流电刺激对成骨细胞粘附特性的影响方法:取兔骨髓基质干细胞来源的成骨细胞体外培养,于接种即时行微量直流电刺激,刺激电流密度为100 μA/cm2,观察电刺激后1、2、612 h及24 h各时间点接种成骨细胞粘附情况、体视学计量粘附细胞数量结果:100 μA/cm2微量直流电刺激下,阳极区细胞粘附数量与阴极区相比,各时间点均有显著增加;无直流电刺激时,阳极区与阴极区成骨细胞粘附数量无显著差异。结论:微量直流电刺激具有调节成骨细胞粘附特性的作用,物质表面带阳电荷时,可促进成骨细胞与基质材料间粘附。
