The design objective is to minimize capacitor ratios or total capacitance of the SC filter, while the transfer function desired is satisfied optimally. Design parameters are freely adjustable element values. Because the objective function used in this approach is not an explicit analytic function of design parameters, a parallel pseudo-conjugate direction algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution. The algorithm requires only function evaluations. Derivatives of the objective function are not needed.

本文介绍一种开关电容滤波器(下称SC滤波器)的优化设计方法。这种方法选择双二次两阶SC滤波器(Biquads)为基本电路块(Building Block),而所需阶数的SC滤波器由若干基本电路块级联而成。(若所需阶数为奇数,则可再加一级一阶滤波器。)用这一方法所设计的SC滤波器既满足所要求的传递函数,又能使电容元件在集成电路芯片上所占的面积最小。这一设计方法所选的目标函数不是设计可调参数的显式解析函数,因此采用“平行拟共轭方向”的优化算法来获得目标函数的极小,因为该算法不需要计算目标函数的导函数,而只需计算目标函数本身。

In this paper a high speed function evaluation algorithm, interval-partitioned polynomial approximating algorithm, is presented. The algorithm is based on the idea that the range of the interval of the function can be contracted and the function can be approximated with polynomials on the contracted interval. In this paper a high speed function evaluation algorithm, interval-partitioned polynomial approximating algorithm, is presented. The algorithm is based on the idea that the range of the interval of the function can be contracted and the function can be approximated with polynomials on the contracted interval. A theorem presented here can be used to reduce the degree of approximating polynomials. A parallel algorithm for computing polynomials is also developed to accelerate the execution of approximating polynomials. On an array processor, this algorithm has been implemented for some elementary function evaluations, and its effect is satisfactory.

本文提出了一种高速的函数生成算法——区间分割多项式逼近法,这种算法的思想是缩小函数的逼近区间,然后对缩小后的区间进行分割,在各小区间上分别用多项式逼近函数。本文提出的判断定理可用于降低逼近多项式的次数以优化逼近算法,而多项式并行算法能加快较高次数的逼近多项式的计算,这种函数算法容易实现,已用于一台数组处理机初等函数算法的设计上,取得了明显的效果。
