In the perfusion of reurotransmitter, on the other hand, there is an increase of discharge in a rate of 37/63 in SP, 36/68 in 5 HT, and 20/31 in GLU,whereas discharges reduce of nerve cells in a rate of 24/42 in GABA and 29/48 in NE. It is observed in addition that when 5 HT increases nerve cells discharge, the perfusion of CPD makes less the discharge activities.

为观察红花注射液治疗糖病周围神经病变 (DN)的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理 ,随机将88例DN患者分为红花注射液治疗组 44例和生脉注射液对照组 44例进行治疗 ,观察其神经传导速度、血液流变学、血脂等变化。结果 :总有效率治疗组 90 9% ,对照组 40 9% (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组神经传导速度增快 (P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1) ,血液流变学值改善方面优于对照组。提示 :红花注射液能够减轻DN患者临床症状 ,改善病变神经传导速度 ,改善全血黏度 ,对防治糖尿病神经病变有较好的疗效
