用皖北黑猪与杜洛克的杂交一代肥育猪研究日粮中添加不同水平的铜、锌对肉猪产肉性能的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加H_3对肉猪前期(20—60千克)增重效果明显。而添加H_2对后期(60—90千克)增重效果明显,日增重分别为587.0和730.6克,分别比对照组提高51.4和42.3%。高剂量铜增加肌肉水份和降低熟肉率。日粮中锌增加至100ppm时,能增加肌间脂肪含量。

(3) Breast meat percentage and abdominal fat percentage of LC were significantly lower than their crosses and AA(P<0.05).But dressing percentage and legs meat percentage had no difference among all experimental birds(P>0.05). (4)Protein percentage in meat of LC was higher (P<0.05) >but fat percentage in meat was lower (P<0.05) when compared with AA and their crosses.

Pigs weighing an arerage of 45-93kg were used to examine the efficiency of magnesium perchlorate with CIO_4~- in the amount of 50, 100, 150, 200ppm in the diets. Average daily gain (ADG) and food conversion efficiency were linerly improved, but ADG in treatments was lower than that in control, FCE in 150 and 200ppm treatments was higher than that in control. Area of longissimus dorsi decreased linearly. The avcrage back fat of pigs with CIO_4~- was 37.6% thicker than that of control pigs. By consideration of all the criteria, it is concluded that CIO_4~- is not efficient in improving performance and carcass quality of growing-finishing swine under the circumstances of such experiment.

用45—93kg杂交猪试验表明,饲粮中按50、100、150和200ppm添加高氯酸盐(ClO_4~-)时,猪的日增重和饲料利用率虽随剂量而有所改善,但处理组日增重均未超过对照组,饲料利用率只在150和200ppm组才高于对照。处理组眼肌面积下降,而平均背膘厚比对照组高37.6%。综合考察上述指标和经济效益,认为在本试验条件下,ClO_4~-对育肥猪生长速度和胴体质量没有改善作用。
