This paper gives an account of theoretical research work of ocean developmentengineering.In the paper,relationships between parameters of air,and those betweenair and artificial mixed air are established for different pressures.And the author pre-sents a correcting method by which the state parameters for air and artificial mixedair corresponding to various pressures can be readily obtained through the use of thepsychrometric chart based on the standard atmospheric pressure(or any other givenpressure).In the paper a psychrometric chart is constructed for different pressures(known as the psychrometric chart of air under wide atmospheric conditions).There-fore,the thermal processes,such as air compression,expansion,throttling,cooling,heating,humidifying,dehumidifying,etc,may be expressed in the same chart,whichsimplifies many thermal calculations.The method mentioned is useful for aerospace,medical and health engineering,ocean development engineering,environmental testengineering,power machinery engineering,highland construction and so on.It ishoped that the chapter on moist air of engineering thermodynamics would be enrichedby introducing the method of calculation set in this article.

Positron lifetime spectra in differently doped and modified piezoelectric ceramics ofPbZrO_3-PbTiO_3 and PbTiO_3 systems were measured.Relationship between parameters ofpositron lifetime spectra and the microstructure defects of ceramics was discussed basedon the positron trapping theory.The results suggest that the long lifetime component τ_2(about 300 ps ) corresponds to the positron trapping in the Pb cation vacancies in PZT orPT ceramics.The fact that the positron trapping rate x increases with doped...

Positron lifetime spectra in differently doped and modified piezoelectric ceramics ofPbZrO_3-PbTiO_3 and PbTiO_3 systems were measured.Relationship between parameters ofpositron lifetime spectra and the microstructure defects of ceramics was discussed basedon the positron trapping theory.The results suggest that the long lifetime component τ_2(about 300 ps ) corresponds to the positron trapping in the Pb cation vacancies in PZT orPT ceramics.The fact that the positron trapping rate x increases with doped La~(3+) in PTceramics suggests that La~(3+) does occupy the A sites in ABO_3 perovskite structure andcreate Pb vacancies, and positron can be used as a measure in detecting such Pb cationvacancies.It is inferred from the relationship between x and doped amount of Bi~(3+) inPZT system that Bi~(3+) ions enter A sites essentially when the doped amount ot Bi~(3+) issmall, while Bi~(3+) ions begin to occupy the B sites and create oxygen vacancies when thedoped amount of Bi~(a+) is large.It is clear from the experiments that the positron annihila-tion technique is an effective tool for studying defects in doped ceramics.
