ObjectiveTo examine the protective effect of artificial enzyme—PZ51 on anterior segment of the mice eyes from ultraviolet (UV) damage.MethodsTotal ultraviolet irradiating models were produced in mice by irradiating for 5 min every 24 hours in the period of 5 days.The mice were divided into control group and the group with PZ51 randomly.In the group with PZ51,0.1 ml of PZ51 was used in every rice at 5 min after UV irradiation.The contents of nitric oxide(NO) and glutathione reductase(GR) in the lens and corneal were measured. ResultsThe contents of NO and GR in cornea in the group with PZ51 were lower than those in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01) except the first day (P>0.05),the similar results were obtained in the measure of lens.ConclusionsThe artificial enzyme—PZ51 has stronger effect of clearing the free radical and protecting anterior segment of eyes from UV damages.

目的 探讨人工模拟酶对紫外线造成眼前段损伤的保护作用。方法  5 0只大鼠制作眼前段紫外线损伤模型 ,分为加酶组及对照组。紫外线照射 1~ 5天每天 5min ,照射后 15min用 0 1ml人工模拟酶点眼为加酶组 ,用生理盐水点眼为对照组 ,2 4h后各组随机取 5只大鼠处死取角膜与晶状体 ,测定其一氧化氮及谷胱甘肽还原酶的含量。结果 加酶组的晶状体与角膜中一氧化氮及谷胱甘肽还原酶的含量与对照组相比明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 人工模拟酶在清除氧自由基 ,保护眼前段免受紫外线损伤有重要作用。
