A series of measurements were made at ten sites in seven regions,using a thermoelectric actinometer covered with a colored glass filter,JB2.to determine ultraviolet direct radiation between 300 and 400 nm.The empirical formula and the nomograph were obtainted from the observations of 2698 sets through the computation of the ultraviolet direct radiation.The climatological methods for estimating ultraviolet diffuse radiation and ultraviolet global radiation under various sky conditions were suggested.The fractions of the ultraviolet radiation (λ<400nm) in the integral radiation were calculated using monthly mean fixed time data of the solar radiation of eight representative stations in January,April,July and October.It is shown that the ratio of the ultraviolet radiation.ηs for the direct beam increases from (0.7+0.8)% to (3.4+1.1)% as solar elevation,h,increases from 10-20° to 70-80°,the ratio ηD of the diffuse radiation coming from the blue sky in which there is no cloud cover increases from (11.9 ±2.4)% to (15.0±3.3)% for the same range in A,but in the cloudy the range of ηD is smaller and decreases from (8.7±0.9)% to (7.7±0.7)%.The ratio of the ultraviolet radiation,ηQ to the total radiation (i.e.the sum of direct and diffuse radiations) is almost independent of atmospheric conditions and solar elevation when h is above 10°,and nealy constant at (5.4±0.7)%.

根据我国7个地区、10个测点共2698组直接辐射的分光测量资料,得到了计算紫外(波长小于400毫微米)波段直接辐射的经验公式和列线图,同时提出了各种天气条件下天空紫外散射辐射的气候学计算方法。结合8个有地区代表性台站的定时月平均日射资料,计算了四个季的1、4、7、10月份的直接辐射、散射辐射和总辐射中紫外辐射所占的比例。结果表明,总辐射中紫外辐射所占比例相当稳定,在太阳高度大于10°时,晴朗无云天气条件下的比例数为(5.7±0.6)%,实际有云天气条件下比例数为(5.4±0.7)%。

From the measurements of 2878 sets an empirical formula for estimating the relative flux density ηs of the photosynthetically active direct radiation has been obtained. The monthly mean values calculated at eight stations are as follows ηs=0.39±0.04, ηD = 0.49±0.04 and ηQ = 0.44±0.03.

根据我国8个地区11个测点的2878组直接辐射的分光测量资料,得到了计算直接辐射中0.4—0.7微米波段光合有效辐射(PAR)的经验公式。利用这个公式结合8个有地区代表性台站的日射资料,计算了1,4,7,10各月的直接辐射、散射辐射和总辐射中PAR所占的比例,结果表明。它们分别是0.394-0.04,0.49±0.04和0.444±0.03。我国以往的研究者在计算PAR总辐射时都把比例值取得偏高了。
