Remote Sensing is useful in geological researches in northern Xinjiang, since the landscape here has not been deformed,various geological terrains and records remain and the vegetation is very thin. Some fault structures, which are found by remote, sensing in oil-gas-bearing diwa basins and are important for the migration and accumulation of oil and gas, have been verified by means of geophysical researches. Therefore, attention has been paid to remote sensing in the study of oil-gas geology. Ingeodome uplift regions, some magmatic intrusions and metallogenetic structures and a great amount of endogenous metal deposits have been found through analysis of remote sensing images and selection of favourable sites for ore formation under the guidance of metallogenetic theories. From the effect of the application of remote signs to northern Xinjiang,it is concluded that remote sensing images can record various geological imformation and determine ore controls and exploration guides to rapidly find ore-prospectingtargets. However, in order to realize the ultimate aim of ore prospecting, it is necessary to comprehensively analyse the known results of geological investigation and geophysical-geochemical exploration data and to pay attention in particular to surface geological survey and verification.

在新疆北部,结合地面地质调查和验证,应用遥感图象解译进行找矿、预测、获得了成效。对含油气地洼盆地的构造研究中,发现了经地球物理成果证实对油气运移、聚集起控制作用的断裂构造;对地穹隆起区,依成矿理论指导解译选定的找矿有利地段,经实地验证发现一批新的侵入岩体和成矿构造、并找到一批内生金属矿产,本文例举实例以此说明:在自然景观改造不多,植被覆盖甚少,基本保持各种地质体面貌的地区,开展遥感图象的成矿解译分析,能够迅速、有效地捕捉找矿标,结合地质、物化探资料的综合分析和地面实地验证,可以达到快速找矿的目的。

Based on a comprehensive analysis of results of extensive surface geological survey, subsurface data and a large amount of in-house data, this paper gives a discussion on depositional environments, reservoir characteristic and factors affecting the development of reservoir rocks, etc. There are three types of reservoir and six kinds of effective reservoir pore space in Lower Paleozoic of this area, and Ordovician system is the most developed one. The formation development and preservation of reservoir rock are closely related to the depositional environment. Furthermore, favourable areas for reservoir distribution are discussed. A preliminary study suggests that there are five reservoir cap rock association.

Fissured oil-bearing and bitumen-bearing showings are widely distributed within Cretaceous red sandy rock strata in Yiyang Basin,Jiangxi province,and Jinqu Basin,Zhejiang province. It is shown that the distribution of these showings is under the control of regional fracture system.Surface oil seepages will be accumulated usually in the places where fracture system is accompanied with well porous and permeable sandy rock.

断裂系统在油气地质及成藏规律研究中具有重要意义。对于勘探和研究程度较低或很低的地区,应拓宽思路,充分利用各个地区的有利条件,开展多样的勘探和研究工作。在充分依靠先进勘探技术的同时,还应重视地面地质调查,尤其是重视已发现的地表油苗价值的开发。江西弋阳盆地和浙江金衢盆地白垩系红色砂质岩层内广泛分布裂缝性含油、含沥青显示说明,其分布明显受区域性断裂系统的控制。断裂系统与孔渗性相对较好的砂质岩配置,可形成地表油苗相对富集。
