The main objective of the experiment is to increase the concentration of active sludge in the reactors by means of the application of the fibrous packing, thus raising the biogas production rate: by the way of the plug flow state of the liquid in the pipe-type reactor the longitudinal mixture of the liquid in the reactor is reduced as far as possible, thereby to highten the removal rate of waste water. The results of the testing prove that the fibrous packing applied in anaerobic fermentation is feasible and effective. The very high biogas production rate will be attained, if the operation is right. Through the testing we have seeked out an operation procedure running under heavy loading rate which is suitable to the fermentation reactors fixed with the synthetic fibrous packing.

本文介绍充填纤维填料的管式厌氧发酵器对糖厂液糟的发酵试验结果。本试验的主要目的是利用纤维填料来增加发酵器内的活性污泥的浓度,从而提高产气速率;利用管式反应器的塞流作用,尽量避免发酵器内的纵向混合,从而提高反应物料的消化率。结果证实,纤维填料用于厌氧发酵过程是可行的、有效的。只要操作方法合理,会获得极高的产气率。通过试验,探索出一套适合于充填纤维填料的发酵器在高负荷下运行的操作方法。
