The activation energies of hydrogen escaping from different kinds of trapping sites were measured and the results are 29.6kJ/mol for the evolution of trapped hydrogen from grain boundaries and ferrite/cementite interfaces, 36.9 and 41.6kJ/mol from dislocation and microvoids respectively....

One stripe of quartz grains is the result of strong extension by lattice translation slip. Another stripe consists of dynamically recrystallized grains and subgrains of quartz. Feldspar is mainly characterized by britle deformation. Asymmerical microstructures are well developed in tectonites.There are two main patterns of lattice orientation of dynamically recrystallized quartz grains. In the eastern shear zone(Xixia-Shewei),orientation pattern of quartz has the extension maximum normal to extension lineation, and quartz orientation in the western shear zone ( G uanghuojie ) shows the small circle girdle with half-open angle oblique to mylonite foliation. The fabrics of quartz in the middle part of shear zone ( Dangfan ) have characters of above two fabric types. The estimation from various microstructures demonstrates that the shear zone is formed at conditions of 10-15km in depth and 600-700℃,characterized by dominant ductile deformation with right sense.

东秦岭丹凤—商南剪切带不同区段构造岩的显微构造和组构研究表明,该剪切带具有脆性系列和韧性系列两类构造岩,以韧性棱岩为主。石英具有典型的塑性变形特征,长石则主要表现为脆性变形,仅开始出现塑性变形的某些表象。动态重结晶的石英晶格方位型式从东部的拉长状极密类型逐渐过渡为西部的半开角为70°~80°的小圆环带型式。该断裂应是在地壳10~15km的深度、温度为600~700℃的条件下形成的、以韧性变形为主的右旋剪切带。
