The present paper deals with the relationship between environmental light intensity and the rctinomotor responses of juvenile Sparus latus and Mugil cephdlus. The main results obtained are as follows:Cones, rods and the epithelial pigment of two types of juvenile fish p'aticipate in the retinomotor responses. Thickness of the cone layer and the epithelial pigment layer vary with light intensity. Within certain illumination range, thickness of the cone layer decreases and the epithelial pigment layer increases with rise of light intensity.Under environmental light conditions below 10-3lx, and 10-2 lx, no remarkable effects of light stimulus on retinal responses was observed in juvenile Sparus latu and Mugil cepha-lus. As light intensity rise to above 10-3 lx in former and 10-2 lx in latter, effects of light stimulus increase remarkably. The higher the light intensity, the shorter the time interval in which a retina transited from dark- to light-adaptation. 本文研究环境光强与黄鳍鲷(Sparus latus)和普通鲻鱼(Mugil cephalus)两种幼鱼视网膜运动反应的关系,结果表明:当光强分别低于10~(-3)1x和10~(-2)1x时,对黄鳍鲷和普通鲻鱼幼鱼视网膜运动反应无明显影响;当光强分别高于10~(-3)1x和10~(-2)1x时,光强越高,两种幼鱼视网膜从暗适应状态过渡到明适应状态的时程越短。黄鳍鲷幼鱼从暗视向明视过渡的照度界限为10~(-3)—10~(-1)1x;普通鲻鱼幼鱼的相应过渡照度界限为10~(-2)—10~01x。

The Sensitivity for red and green light vision under several chroma-tic adaption conditions were studied by using threshold method. 采用阈值法探讨了人眼在红、橙、绿、蓝4种色光适应条件下红、绿光感受性的变化及机制。结果表明:当背景及目标均为稳光时,在不同的背景光条件下,人眼554nm(绿)及656nm(红)光感受性的变化显示了明显的感觉颉抗性效应,且不受色觉适应的影响;如果所呈现的背景光是稳态光,目标先是闪烁光,除辨别是现在554nm背景光上的656nm(红)目标,在其余条件下,均未发现颜色感觉颉抗效应;如果背景光是闪烁光,目标光为稳态光时,在不同的背景光条件下,人眼对554nm(绿)及656nm(红)波长的辨别结果有感觉颉抗效应存在,并且辨别感受性也明显提高。

Some indicators to asthenopia such as near pointof accommodation,fliker fusion frequency andpersistency of light vision changed dramaticallyafter the operation,There was no difference instereoscopic vision,visual field,color vision andthe amount and classmcation of white cell be-tween both groups.The environmental illumi-nation,air ion and noise level were not in keep-ing with the standard or suggested value,Ac-cording to the anthropometry data the workingchair and table should be improved with er-gonomical design.

以461名VDT作业者和226名不接触VDT的办公室人员(对照组)为对象,进行了健康检查及VDT作业环境的卫生和工效学调查。结果表明:VDT组眼睛、中枢神经和肌肉骨骼系统症状的发生率明显高于对照组;角膜莹光素染色阳性率明显高于对照组,且作业前后有显著差别;晶状体混浊率显著高于对照组;作业1年后视力下降人数较就业前明显增多;眼睛调节近点、闪烁融合频率和明视持久度视觉疲劳指标作业后明显变化,IgA水平明显低于对照组;神经行为功能也受到一定影响;立体视觉、视野、色觉及白细胞总数和分类在两组人员无显著差别;作业环境噪声、照度和空气离子数不符合标准或建议值。桌椅设备和人体测量结果比较,说明有待工效学设计上的改善。
