Between pCa_3 3(PCa3…) and 7, the per decade potential change in [Ca~2+] of the Ca~2+-ISM is 25.4mV and the lowest Ca~2+ detecting concentration is 10~(-8M). The intracellular Ca~(2+) activity (0_(ca)~i) and cellular resting membrane potential (E_M) of frog's sartorius muscle were detected simultaneously. The results showed that: α_(ca)~i =-0.11μM, E_M =-79.0mV. By altering the potassiun ionic concentration[K~+]_0 and calcium ionic concentration [Ca~(2+)]_0 of Ringer's solution, the dynamic changes of α_(ca)~i, and E_M were measured. The results are as follows: (1) when [K~+]_0 was increased from 3.5mM to 10.0mM, (α_(ca)~i) increased from 0.11μM to 0.15μM, E_M fell from -79.0mV to-67.7mV; (2) when FCa~(2+)]_0 was decreased from 1.8mM to 1.0mM, α_(ca)~i decreased from 0.11μM to 0.03μM and E_M fell from -79.0mV to-73.8 mV. Our results also show that Ca~(2+)-ISM is one of the direct, convenient and effective means in the dynamic detection of intracellular calcium ion.

The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1~10,0ppm,(r=0.9981).The recovery of Vitamin D_3 was as high as 97.5%.The day-to-day and within-run coefficients of variation which had good reproductivity were 4.5%(n=7) and 1.8%(n=6) respectively. This method was able to detect concentration of drugs in serum.

本文采用乙腈除蛋白的方法对血清进行了预处理。维生素D_3与荧光试剂(硫酸-乙醇溶液)的反应条件选择采用均匀设计。荧光分析条件为:激发波长(λ_(ex))427nm,荧光波长(λ_(em))490nm.维生素D_3浓度在0.1~10.0μg/ml范围内与荧光强度成线性关系(相关系数r=0.9981)。人血清中维生素D_3的平均回收率达97.5%以上。精密度也很好,日内变异系数为1.8%(n=6),日间变异系数为4.5%(n=8)以下。并用本法检出服药后血清中维生素D_3的浓度。

The mean concentration of tinidazole in GCF at 24h (24. 95±3. 25ug/ml)is greater than the minimum inhibitory concentration for anaerobic bacteria as reported by others. The results of this study suggest that concentration of tinidazole in GCF after single-oral dose was enough to inhibit anaerobic species concerned with periodontitis. This may have implications in the therapy of periodontitis and other orofacial infections.

运用高效波相色谱法,对7例牙龈炎或牙周炎患者一次口服2g替硝唑后龈沟液药物浓度进行监测。结果显示:龈沟液样品中替硝叹色谱分离完全。检测灵敏度高,最低检出浓度为0.03μg/ml,线性关系良好,该药吸收迅速,服药后0.5小时即可检出药物含量,2小时就达到峰药浓度,且含量较高为52.69±5.83μg/ml。局部持续时间长,消除缓慢,24甚至48小时仍维持在当浓度,结果提示:单剂量口服替硝唑2g后龈沟液中药物浓度足以抑制与牙周炎有关的致病菌,副作用小,是治疗牙周炎、冠周炎、根尖炎等厌氧菌感染的药物。
