In order to comprehend the state of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of the nursing school students, 338 nursing school students were given a questionair concerning the test of knowledge、 attitude towards nutritional and dietary behavior (KAB). The results indicated that most of the students had a correct attitude towards nutrition. The average score of the third-year students (88 6±9 0) was significantly much higher than that (77 6±11 3) of the second-year students (p<0 01) which was higher...

In order to comprehend the state of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of the nursing school students, 338 nursing school students were given a questionair concerning the test of knowledge、 attitude towards nutritional and dietary behavior (KAB). The results indicated that most of the students had a correct attitude towards nutrition. The average score of the third-year students (88 6±9 0) was significantly much higher than that (77 6±11 3) of the second-year students (p<0 01) which was higher than that (61 6±13 5) of the first-year ones (P<0 01). For the dietary behavior, most students had healthy dietary habits, but there were some unhealthy dietary habits such as not concentrating on meals, eating fried or pickled foods. So according to the study of KAB, the differences in the cognition of dietary knowledge ,attitute and behavior existed among different groups of nursing school students.

为了解卫生学校(卫校)护理专业学生的营养知识、态度和行为(KAB)状况,以便有针对性地对他们进行营养宣教。采用KAB方法对中山医科大学附设卫校一、二、三年级的338名学生进行营养知识水平、营养知识的态度以及饮食行为等三个方面的问卷调查。结果表明:大部分学生有端正的营养态度;营养知识测验中,高年级得分比低年级得分高;在饮食行为中,大部分学生有良好的饮食习惯,但也存在一些进食不专心,经常吃油炸烧烤或盐腌腊制食品等不良的饮食行为。表明卫校护理专业学生之间的营养知识、态度和行为有一定的差别

目的 :对吸晒烟、饮酒与胃癌死亡关系的研究。方法 :选择晒烟产区四川什邡市某农村社区 35岁以上的所有农民 30 5 2 5人进行了 10年的前瞻性队列研究。结果 :累计吸晒烟量为 36 0 kg~、 5 40 kg~以上时 ,其 RR分别为 3.342 9、3.1387;调整后的 RR为 3.10 6 0、 2 .7431。累计饮白酒量为 15 0 kg~、 30 0 kg以上时 ,其 RR为 3.45 81、 2 .6 0 15 ;调整后的RR为 2 .475 6、 1.72 81。吸烟史或饮酒史达 30年以上时 ,其 RR分别为 1.76 2 4、 1.6 490。结论 :吸晒烟、饮酒是该农村社区人群胃癌发生的两个重要危险因素。建议对该人群应加强戒烟、节制饮酒的宣传 ,指导他们建立良好的卫生习惯和合理饮食习惯 ,以降低胃癌的发病率和死亡率
