We use full length teeth. A stub teeth gear was tried, it proved no better. We then tried to increase tooth root radius and to apply shot-peening, it proved better.

本文叙述了第二汽车制造厂发展EQ140变速箱的经过。首先用改变材料和结构尺寸、公差等方法解决了同步器磨损的问题。继之,为解决二档齿轮早期弯曲疲劳折断问题,经过多次试验,最后采用了加大轮齿根部圆角半径和强力喷丸等措施。

进气门的下陷及异常磨损是高增压柴油机常见的共性问题。为此,本文作者结合平均有效压力 Pe 为1.45MPa 的6200GZC 型柴油机进行了进气门与气门座材料匹配以及进气道设置机油喷雾装置的专题试验研究。试验结果证实,进气门与气门座接合面的异常磨损,主要取决于能否在气门与气门座结合面上形成隔膜层,故设置机油喷雾装置是改善高增压柴油机进气门严重磨损的有效措施。通过实船一万余小时的变工况运行考核,获得了良好的经济效益
