Although there are, mass conservation criterion and the second moment criterion et al. for judging the sol-gel transition in the irreversible cluster-cluster aggregation systems, it is not so convenient for to do it. In this paper, a new criteriou for the Swsystem is given. This new criterion makes it possible to judge whether the phase transition occurs, as well as to the point of the phase transition easily.
