Some methods and experiences in the application of Multi- Objective Progra mining (MOP) and Micro- com-puter for analysis and adjustment of the productive Structure at county-level are summarized in this paper. It answered that of how to select a suitable and practical set of decision-variables according to the principle of qualitative analysis and then paying close attention to principal contradiction, how to set up some windows for seeking system functions and how to carry on a series of simulating computation... It answered that of how to select a suitable and practical set of decision-variables according to the principle of qualitative analysis and then paying close attention to principal contradiction, how to set up some windows for seeking system functions and how to carry on a series of simulating computation so as to overcome the difficulties of data shortages and its lack fidelity and to avoid the the malady of playing mathematical game. In this paper an algorithm idea is proposed to meeting the requiremcnts of practice, It is able to solve rather large planning problem by using IBM-PC/ XT. A few significant figures are shown, also. 本文总结了县级产业结构分析与决策中应用多目标规划及微机的实践体会。指出从定性分析入手,抓主要矛盾,筛选实用决策变量集合,设置探测系统功能的窗口,系列仿真计算等措施是克服“数据不准、不全”,防止“单纯数学游戏”弊端的有效方法。介绍了在IBM—PC/XT机上实现上述目的的软件工具及算法思想。文中穿插给出了一些县的分析图表曲线。 The splitting difference scheme is used to study flow separation.
