The comparison and assessment of production groups is a very imp- ortant measure in the business management. It can praise diligence, punish laziness and fully mobilize the positive factors of staff and wor- kers. It also play an important role in improving the quality and quan- tity of the product as well as the economic results. Recently there are many methods in the comparison and assessment of production groups. Based on every economy and technology target, this article introduces the Membership Function and establishes the Fuzzy Relation Matrix. By computing the size of the membership degree, it arranges the position of every production group and calcutates the amount of the bonus resp- ectively.

生产班组的评比活动,是纺织企业管理中的一项重要措施。奖勤罚懒,鼓励先进,鞭策落后,对于提高产品的产、质量和提高企业的经济效益,都具有重要作用。本文从评比中提出的各项经济技术指标出发,引入隶属函数,建立Fuzzy关系矩阵,再根据隶属度的大小,排出各班组的名次和计算奖金数额。

A major problem involved in the flexible administration of an enterprise is inthe incentives to the employees.The present article,focusing on this particular pro-blem,presents an overall review which covers a total of 15 subjects,including wagesand bonuses;“distribution according to labour”in practice;working environment;relations between individuals;content of work;commitment;achievement consciou-sness;employees'role in policy making;status;rights;behaviour of the leaders;housing;promotion;extra livelihood;personal dignity;and the present governmentpolicies.Basing on the theories of behavioral science and taking into account of thespecial features of China's enterprises,the article gives an assessment of the effectsof the incentives on the behaviour of the workers and the managing personnel.Such an assessment leads to a revision of the doublefactor theory and an investigation fora“key factor”needed particulary in China.

According to the characteristics of Ship's docking repairs and practical experiences obtained from those particular repairing procedures, recently conducted for one year or more in Shanghai Shipyard, Puxi Branch, some new measures differing from the traditional versions, such as closed organization system, flexible working time system, application of workers being experts in one skill and good at others, as well as changing the part of bonus, allocated ton workshop, into the floating wage, etc., are put forward in this article. Effectiveness of these endeavors has been practically proved.

本文根据船舶坞修工程的特点及上海船厂浦西分厂的一年多实践摸索提出了一些有异于我国坞修传统管理的新措施,如封闭的体制、弹性工作制、一工多艺等,并对职工奖金分配提出了变部分奖金额为车间浮动工资的办法,实践证明:颇有成效。
