Glucose and N-(2',4'-dinitrophenyl)-2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose (Ⅵ) were determined by Willstatter-Schudel method, and 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose (Ⅰ), N-acetyl-2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose (Ⅱ) and N-benzoyl-2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose (Ⅳ) by Hanes' modified method of Hagedorn andJensen. X-'2', 4'-dinitrophenyl group of (Ⅵ) and N-benzoyl group of (Ⅳ) were sta-ble under experimental conditions. Free 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose could not bedetected by paper chromatography after 3 hours hydrolysis of (Ⅴ). Our results definitely show that N-acetylation or N-substitution of an electro-negative group in a glucosaminide molecule weakens the glucesaminide linkage,and thus, further support Neuberger's hypothesis for the explanation of the resis-tance of the glucosaminide to hydrolysis. Results from the hydrolysis of glycosaminide linkage show that k×10~4 values for(Ⅲ), (Ⅴ), (Ⅸ), (Ⅷ) and (Ⅶ) are 11.70, 7.21, 1.91; 1.44 and 0.41 per minuterespectively. Neuberger et al. gave 4.0×10~(-6) per hour for the k value of methyl,2-amino-2-deoxy-α-D-glucoside (Ⅺ) in 2.5 N HCl solution at 100° If we takek_Ⅸ as 100, the ratio for the k values is as follows: k_Ⅲ: k_Ⅴ: k_Ⅵ: k_Ⅷ: k_Ⅶ: =612:377: 100: 75: 21..

The existence of a resonance in K-K pair with a mass of 1.02 BeV has been recently observed in π-p and K-p collisions. In several reports the quantum numbers in this resonant state have been determined, but the results are different from one another. From the field theoretical point of view and by means of the chain approximation, we have calculated the interaction potential of K-K system and indicated that there is a resonance in 1.02 BeV T=0,JPG=0++.

最近实验指出,在π~-+p→Κ+n以及K~-+p→K+A反应中,存在K-的共振态,共振能量为1.02BeV。不少人对K-K共振态进行了分析,但并没得出一致的结论。本文从场论观点出发,在链式近似下,研究了有关K-共振的一些问题,计算结果表明,在1.02BeV附近可能存在两个共振态,而1.02BeV的K-共振对应T=0,J~(PG)=0~(++)态较为合理。
