The fluid Stirling water pump is a especial type of liquid piston pump being researched throughout the world.It is suitable for the utilization of solar energy etc.This paper have analyzed the operating principle of the pump.Based on the operation analysis,an optimization design idea of the pump has been proposed.The experiments show that efficiency and head of the new water pump model based on author's design idea is more better than previous design,the pump efficiency is about 50% higher.The new pump model can steady operate under the condition of 25?tilt of the hot cavity and medium temperature difference 48℃ between hot and cold cavity.The experiments also indicated that using the medium with excellent heat conductivity,cold cavity with forced water circulation and design of optimum regenerator are also important conditions for water pump operation performance improvement.

Hydraulic fracturing design is important to improving fracturing technology, optimizing frcturing scheme and guiding fracturing treatment. In this paper, several major aspects involved in horizontal fracture treatment design, such as the calculation of the geometry of the fracture and the fluid flow velocity in the fracture, the determination of the proppant distribution, the prediction of the well productivity ratio and so on, are studied. A numerical method of the horizontal fracture treatment design is presented and made into camputer program. The design method is applicable to the situation that two kinds of power-law fluid are injected in sequence, the rate of injection may be variable, and two kinds of proppant are used. The fracturing fluid loss in horizontal fracture in the formation of limited thickness and the damage of the formation near the nellbore have been taken into consideration.The method of determing the proppant distribution in the dune and channel region is also improved.These improvements of calculation method enlarge the applicable range of the previous design method which only applies to the condition in which one kind of newtonian fluid is injected into infinitely thick and undamaged for mation with a constant rate. Some parameters effecting on the fracturing results are calculated, analysed and optimized by means of the computer program.The program suggested in this paper can be used in different geologic conditions and will propose a fracturing scheme which should have to be taken.

压裂设计是改进压裂工艺、优选压裂方案和指导压裂施工的一项重要工作。本文对水平裂缝压裂设计中裂缝几何尺寸和裂缝中流体流速的计算、裂缝中支撑剂分布的确定以及压裂产率比的预测等主要环节进行了研究,提出了一套水平裂缝压裂设计的数值计算方法,并编制成程序。这一套设计计算方法适用于以变排量注入两种幂律液体和使用两种支撑剂的情况,并考虑了水平裂缝中压裂液滤失有界的特点及近井地层污染的因素,对砂堆砂沟区支撑剂分布的确定方法也做了改进,从而扩大了前人方法只限于常排量注入一种牛顿液体,地层为无限厚和地层无污染的局限性。本文利用设计程序影响压裂效果的几个主要参数进行了计算、分析和优选。提出了在不同地质情况下进行水平裂缝压裂应当采取的施工方案。

本本通过对八个铰节点的试验研究,分析了梁柱铰节点中钢牛腿各部分的受力特性及应力——应变状态,指出了钢牛腿构造的基本要求,得到使用阶段的最大承载力及极限承载力,提出了改原进设计的措施和意见,实际工程中的应用效果较好。
