How to eliminate the superfluous force of a loading system is one of the key problems to design a load simulator. In order to analyze the load simulator, using the bond graph modeling and simulation method, the expanded bond graph model of the load simulator combined with a ship steering electrohydraulic position servo system was established. And then, a hybrid control based on CMAC neural network was proposed. The performances of the proposed controller were evaluated through simulations. The simulation results show that the proposed controller can effectively eliminate the superfluous force and fairly improve the dynamic loading performances of the electrohydraulic load simulator than that of conventional constant PID controller with the compensation network based on the structure invariance principle.

Dynamic response is an important criterion of quality for the dynamic performance of the circuit in which the pump is located. Dynamic response is an important criterion of quality for the dynamic performance of the circuit in which the pump is located. The need for a comprehensive dynamic response model of the pump is necessary. The paper shows the exist problems of the past researches, based on analysis and conclude the researches about variable displacement in past decades. Using bond graph modeling technology, which are a domain-independent graphical description of dynamic behavior of physical systems, especially when different physical domains are involved, a simplified nonlinear mathematical model is deduced to predict the dynamic behavior of the pump and its pressure control. Many of the coefficients in the model depend on the specific pump. In this study, a Parker PVP76 pump is used. Some nonlinear terms and factors are respectively simplified and neglected. Then using the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation program, the nonlinear model is solved to provide time response. Predicted response are given and discussed in detail. The results of computer simulations are satisfied. Furthermore, the model structure parameters were later adjusted to investigate the effects of variations of the proposed model on predicted response. It provides an important theory foundation for optimization of pump system.

变量柱塞泵的动态响应能力是分析泵控系统品质的一个重要标准,因而必须建立有效的变量柱塞泵动态数学模型。本文分析总结了国内外以往各种有关变量柱塞泵的研究和存在的问题。在此基础上利用键合图建模技术建立了一个简化的非线性变量柱塞泵动态数学模型。模型中的许多结构参数的处理取决于泵模型的选取。在本研究中,使用的是Parker公司的PVP76型恒压变量柱塞泵。针对其中一些影响较小的非线性项和因素进行了近似线性化处理和忽略。然后使用MATLAB/SIMULINK进行动态仿真,结果表明该泵的动态数学模型是令人满意的。最后通过变化一些重要的结构参数来分析其对系统动态响应的影响程度,为系统优化提供了理论依据。
