    The combining abilities and the heterosis of growth, carcass and meat quality merits were estimated for 7 swine breeds. The prineipal component analysis and genetic clustering for some main traits were made. The crossbreeding effects and the crosses were comprehensively evaluated with genetic similarity principle. The results showed that the sire breeds ranked as Duroc (D), Hampshire (H) and Landrace (L), and the dam breeds as Neijiang (Ne), Yanan (Ya), Yongchang (Yo) and chenghua (Ch), the best 2-breed...

It was found that the degree of genetic differences between the partner breeds was directly proportional to crossbreeding effects, which would be of reference to mating design. The results also indicated that it was comprehensive, correct and useful that crossbreed effects and crosses were evaluated using the degree of genietc similarity to an ideal lean-type market pig.

The first difference was that the average body weight of group Ⅰ(high nutrient level) was significant heavier than that of group Ⅲ (low nutrient level) for silky fowl at 4 weeks old (P<0.05). The second was that the average body weight of middle-type yellow in group Ⅱ was a little heavier than that of the others but no significant difference among the three groups at 10 and 12 weeks old (P>0.05). Feed conversion rate of group Ⅰ was better than that of the others in the all breeds and the feed consuption of body weight gain/kg in group Ⅰwas also lower than that of the others. The results also indicated that dietary nutrient level had. influence on the carcass and meat quality of the local breed chickens to a certain extent. The meat quality of the chickens fed with diet of low energy and crude protein was better than that with of the high ones energy and crude protein.

    本研究采用饲养试验、屠宰测定和肉质分析的方法,比较了三种不同营养水平日粮对地方鸡种(泰和鸡、黑羽乌骨鸡、中型黄鸡)生长性能和肉质的影响。各鸡种随机分成(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)三组,分别饲喂高、中、低三种能量和蛋白质水平日粮。结果表明,高能和高蛋白日粮可提高乌骨鸡的增重速度,尤其在28日龄前明显。中型黄鸡的增重以饲喂中等营养水平日粮为高,三组受试鸡的饲料转化率都以使用高营养水平日粮最优,同时单位增重花费的饲料成本最低。日粮营养水平对肉质有一定程度的影响,低能低蛋白日粮组鸡的肉质优于高能高蛋白日粮组鸡,各组试验鸡的肉质测定值都在优质鸡肉质标准范围之内。
