When the current,total pressure,voltage,H2 content and fan rotating rate are 500 A,0.03 MPa,32 V,50% and 2 400 r/min respectively,the yielding output can reach up to 6.2 g/min and the average diameter of powder is 50 nm. Most of nano-iron powder are spherical and has smooth surface,the size of particles is uniform and these particle is chainlinked.

TEM examinations showed small diameters and narrow size distributions for unsupported Pt nanoparticles with an average diameter of 2.5 nm and a relative standard deviation of 0.216.The size distributions of Pt nanoparticles supported on carbon black were similar to the unsupported.

By irradiation on the crack tip on a thin SOCrMnSi steel plate with electron beam to modify its texture, the fracture resistance can be improved. The effect of such factors as the power density and the diameter of electron beam and the duration of irradiation on the fracture toughness are studied.
