This paper introduces in brief the applications of some fracturing tools and the development of the domestic diamond drilling and puts stress on the description of the technical and economic performances for diamond drilling. This method has been tested and popularized by Fujian Bureau of Geology since 1976. It has been revealed that diamond drilling provides the following advantages through nine years. 1.Higher drilling efficiency · As compared with a large-hole core drilling, the average footage per rig-month, the maximum footage per rig-year and the penetration rate in the diamond drilling have increased, respectively 70.6%, 18.3% and 87.5%. The life of the impregnated synthetic diamond core per bit has prolonged by 17.95m up to 42.49m in 1984.

本文简要介绍碎岩工具的应用和国内金刚石钻进方法的发展。着重描述我局从1976年开始试验推广金刚石钻进的技术经济效果。九年来,实践证明金刚石钻进有下列优越性: 1、钻进效率高。与大口径岩心钻探相比,金刚石钻进平均台月效率提高70.6%,最高开动台年进尺提高18.3%,机械钻速提高87.5%。人造金刚石钻头寿命从1977年的17.95米提高到1984年的42.49米。 2、钻孔质量好。平均优质孔率由大口径岩心钻探的67.8%提高到金刚石钻进的83.3%。 3、孔内事故少。平均孔内事故率由大口径岩心钻探的15.2%下降到金刚石钻进的11.9%。 4、钻探成本低。1982—1984年金刚石钻进的单位成本比大口径岩心钻探分别低24、78、35、22、25、53元/米,共节约资金达190.7万元。今后的发展趋势是:大力推广以绳索取心钻探为主体的金刚石钻探;多工艺钻探:反循环连续取心钻探:最优化钻进“四大钻探技术”,逐步向遥控,计算机程控钻探发展。

Since the beginning of the seventies, a few of foreign countries have laid equal stress on both core drilling and Chip drilling and according to their statistical reports the percentage of the total amount in drilling footage held by diamond core drilling was dropped from 90% in the sixties to about 50% at present time. The main reason for this reduction is that the chip drilling has two merits: high efficiency and low cost....

当前,我国的金属矿床钻探仍采用单一的岩心钻探技术。国外在七十年代就综合应用了岩心钻探和岩屑钻探技术。六十年代金刚石岩心钻探所占比例在90%以上,而目前仅占50%左右。出现这种变化的主要原因是:取岩屑钻探方法效率高、成本低。因此,我们除了继续发展人造金刚石钻探技术外,还应重视取岩屑钻探技术的开发和应用。

Some distinguishing features of these new impregnated diamond core bits, model and specification selection for use, drilling regulations, RPC values, and problems of diamond exposure and bit breakage are expounded in this paper.
