The mixture of the fine ore and coal and the agglomerant is extruded to Form pellets at general temperature. After predried at 450℃, the pellets are prcreduced in a shaft furnace. The hearth of the shaft furnace is combined with a smelting-reducing reverberator equipped coal-burners or plasma generators. The exhaust hot gas of the reverberator can be used to preheat and prereduce the descenting charge in the shaft furnace. The hot semi-reduction charge fulfils direct reducing, smelting, superheating and separating iron from Slags in the reverberator. To keep the gas generating, which iniect into the abaft furnace with high temperature, oxygen are blown toward the iron bath in a producer-gas chambre in the reverberator. By those reducing gas, the preheating and prereducing can be intensified in the stack of te furnace. A partion of fine non-coking coals and lime is injected into hearth and bath of the furnace so as to carbonize and desulphurize to produce liquid iron contained about 4 WT—% of carbon with 1400℃. Developing industrial frequency alternative plasma generator can be capable of delivering large power which use for thermal source of producing gas reducing and smelting. It is found that the investment of this process is a half as many as the blast furnace, total energy consumption and costs is between a half and two thirds of the blast furnace, and the productivity is more than twofold over-that of the blast furnace.

本文提出了一种以精矿粉、煤粉及一定量粘结剂、空气及少量氧气为基础原料,连续生产优质铁水的新方法。将原料按一定配比冷压成团,经450℃烘干处理后在竖炉中预还原、竖炉底部连接一个以煤粉——空气燃烧器,或等离子枪为热源的熔融还原反射炉。反射炉的高温废气用未预热和部分还原竖炉中下降的炉料,坚炉排出的高温高还原度的炉料在反射炉中完成直接还原、熔化、过热和渣铁的分离。在与反射炉熔池分隔开的一间造气室中,利用向热铁水吹氧持续不断地制造煤气,这些高温(1000℃)还原气直接喷入竖炉炉身,能强化预热及预还原过程。同时用空气向炉缸及铁水中吹入一部分煤粉、石灰粉、以便增碳脱硫,生产出1400℃含碳3—4%的铁水。研制的大功率工频交流等离子枪可以用作熔化和制取还原气的热源。预计本方案的基建投资,仅为高炉法的一半。生产成本及能耗约为高妒法的二分之一到三分之二;由于强化了预还原,生产率为高炉的两倍以上。

In this paper we present the mathematical models of the dyeing machine with general temperature and pressure, according to the heat balance and mass balance in the dyeing processes for textiles. In this paper we present the mathematical models of the dyeing machine with general temperature and pressure, according to the heat balance and mass balance in the dyeing processes for textiles. The flow curves of water supply, steam and draw in the processes are obtained, which supply the theoretical bases for the control of the dyeing machine by a microcomputer with mathematical models.The simulation results show that the proposed model makes the computer control of dyeing machine possible.

本文根据纺织物染色工艺过程中所遵循的热量平衡和质量平衡基本关系,提出了纺织物染色过程实现微机数模控制的数学模型,并以国内典型的常温常压式染色机典型温度曲线为例,作了计算机数学模拟研究,获得了染色机升温、降温、保温等过程所需的加冷水量、蒸汽量、排水量随时间的变化关系曲线,为染色机实现微机数模控制提供了理论依据。
