In this paper,the Maryisel's formula,being used to calculate the tempera- ture stresses of an elastic body under the action of the general temperature field,T=T(x,y,z,t),is extended to the condition of an elastic body supported by Winkler foundation. Thus,the analytical temperature stresses solution for a circular thin plate fixed on Winkler foundation is obtained.

The hearth of the shaft furnace is combined with a smelting-reducing reverberator equipped coal-burners or plasma generators. The exhaust hot gas of the reverberator can be used to preheat and prereduce the descenting charge in the shaft furnace. The hot semi-reduction charge fulfils direct reducing, smelting, superheating and separating iron from Slags in the reverberator. To keep the gas generating, which iniect into the abaft furnace with high temperature, oxygen are blown toward the iron bath in a producer-gas chambre in the reverberator. By those reducing gas, the preheating and prereducing can be intensified in the stack of te furnace. A partion of fine non-coking coals and lime is injected into hearth and bath of the furnace so as to carbonize and desulphurize to produce liquid iron contained about 4 WT—% of carbon with 1400℃. Developing industrial frequency alternative plasma generator can be capable of delivering large power which use for thermal source of producing gas reducing and smelting. It is found that the investment of this process is a half as many as the blast furnace, total energy consumption and costs is between a half and two thirds of the blast furnace, and the productivity is more than twofold over-that of the blast furnace.
