In this paper the sensitivity analysis is done on the design scheme of the heat recovery system of the first stage conversion furnace in large synthetic ammonia plants(1000t/d),by using she sensitivity analysis theory for large complex systems in system engineering.Then,according tp the sensitivity requirement,the optimal safety allowances of all heat exchangers for heat-transfer area are determined by means of an optimization method. From the calculation the key units in the system are found.

本文应用系统工程中的复杂系统灵敏度分析理论,对大型合成氨装置一段炉热回收系统的优化设计方案进行灵敏度分析计算,并根据灵敏度要求,釆用最优化方法定量确定各换热器的最佳面积裕量.根据计算结果,找出了系统中的关键部位,这对该方案实施的合理设计、正确操作及维护具有一定指导意义.

Equilibrium methods not well-grounded in principle. The second methods are exact but they are too time consuming even in a single computation and very tedious for the design of a multichannel plate-fin exchanger. This paper is to present a total heat flux equation consisting of a heat-mass resistance factor correlated from a set of experimantal data. This is as simple as the equilibrium methods but still retain the non-equilibrium nature of the problem which signifies the condition of vapor and condensate in the condenser. The results are shown to be better than those from any approximate methods.

该法的特点是总热通量方程内包含一个由实验数据关联的热质阻力因子.计算简便,准确性好于所有的近似法,且能适应于相变多股流换热器的计算.文中还以板翅式换热器垂直冷凝含氢轻烃系统为例进行了关联.

At present, the fin-tube and smooth pipe heat exchangers for the use of metallurgical furnaces and kilns account for more than 90 percent,they have some advantages that make them used extentively, but there still exist some problems needing to be solved urgently. The corrugated pipe card heat exchanger which is introduced in this paper have the advantages that fin-tube and smooth pipe heat exchanger do and can overcome their shortage.The first CPCHE had been put into operation in May, 1988.

目前,冶金炉窑换热器中翅片管和光滑管的占90%以上,它们具有使其得到广泛应用的优点,但在使用中也存在着急待解决的问题。本文介绍的波纹管插件式换热器是一种能综合它们优点而克服其弊端的新型换热器。首台已于1988年5月投入运行。
