The formation of weld microstructure in inertia friction welding by was studied mans of microscope,SEM and TEM.The results show that microstructure of weld zone greatly changes in the radial direction. The centre of joint is characterized by fine equiaxial grains.The flashing is by lamellar structure.A“V”shape weld zone is formed from the centre of joint to the flashing.

利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、薄膜透射电镜研究了惯性摩擦焊缝组织的形成。结果表明,焊缝组织沿径向有较大的变化。心部为细小的等轴组织,焊口为片状组织,从心部到焊口形成了V字形焊缝。

The effect of technological parameter of inertia friction weiding on the plasticity of welded joint of TC4 titanium;alloys is studied.The results show that the plasticity of welded joint can be obviously increased and its strength not be reduced by selecting the proper welded technological parameter.Moreover,a set of optimum welded technological parameter is obtained.

研究了惯性摩擦焊工艺参数对TC4钛合金焊接接头塑性的影响。结果表明.选择适当的焊接工艺参数可以使焊接接头在不降低强度的前提下,塑性有明显的提高,并得到了最佳焊接工艺参数。
