Polymer mineral composite (PMC) consists of binders such as polymer, coagulator, tough agent, and mineral sand. PMC has the characteristics of higher damper, higher corrosion resistance, lower cost. This composite is an ideal material for making mechanical base. Constituent optimization method of PMC is introduced. Orthogonal experimental method used in the optimization of the constituent of PMC is proposed. The influence of the constituent on the mechanical properties of PMC is analyzed.

聚合矿物复合材料,是由粘结剂包括树脂、固化剂、增韧剂等与矿物质混合而成的复合材料,它具有高阻尼、耐腐蚀、低成本等特点,是制造机械基础件的理想材料.介绍了聚合矿物复合材料的组分优化方法,提出了用正交试验方法进行复合材料的配方优化及结果分析,并总结了组分对该材料机械性能的影响规律.

In this paper,the technical channel,match ratio,mechanical property,and anti-chlorine permeability of HPC with tail mineral sand are studied systematically.Slump,slump flow,comprehensive strength and chlorine diffusion are tested.On the basis of these tests,the correlative mechanisms are discussed.The result shows that HPC can be compounded with tail mineral sand or the mixture of tail mineral sand and manufactured sand.
