Motion imitation of oblique needle Stitch mechanism which is combined with discrete point cam and eleven levers is discussed in this Paper,The method-using cubic spline function to imitate the motion of cam mechanism is put forward. The combination of triple loop vector with approximation of one-dimensional angular size in search successfully solves the problem of compound motion of oblique needle in multi-lever mechanism is setup, whieh provides the basis for improving design of buttonhole mechine.
