Volleyball smash skill is very complicated, especially at the very beginning. In order to help students grasp the basical skills quickly and accurately. This skill should be divided into four stages: Building up the concept of action, the improvement of this skill under the simple and complicated condition, application in the game, consolidation of teaching. Through taking volleyball smash skill teaching as special cases and using the theory of teaching design,system theory,learning theory,and teaching principle, etc.the paper designs an optimal combined application model of volleyball smash skill teaching.By conducting a study on students in general course of volleyball,and through teaching experiments of group-division and single,it investigates the effect of optimal combined application in teaching.The result shows that in different teaching phases,the experimental group is better than control group in test indexes of smash skill evaluation,target achievement results and emotional area(p<0.05).

以排球扣球技术教学为特例,运用教学设计论、系统论、学习理论、教学论等原理,设计出排球技术教学法优化组合应用模式,并以排球普修班学生为实验对象,通过分组教学实验考察排球教学法优化组合在教学中运用的教学效应。实验统计结果表明:实验组在不同的教学阶段扣球技评与达标成绩和情感领域的测试指标均优于对照组,其组间差异达到了的统计学上的显著性意义(P<0.05)。
