By using four methods of adaptable and stable parameter,variation coefficient,high steady coefficient,and recurrence coefficient,this paper analyzed and evaluated the high-yield and stable-yield character of the fresh edible soybean varieties in Jiangsu regional test in 2005.The results show that these methods can be used in fresh edible soybean regional test analysis,the results from each method are similar,however they have disadvantages and advantages respectively.The adaptable and stable parameter...

By using four methods of adaptable and stable parameter,variation coefficient,high steady coefficient,and recurrence coefficient,this paper analyzed and evaluated the high-yield and stable-yield character of the fresh edible soybean varieties in Jiangsu regional test in 2005.The results show that these methods can be used in fresh edible soybean regional test analysis,the results from each method are similar,however they have disadvantages and advantages respectively.The adaptable and stable parameter method,variation coefficient method,and the high steady coefficient method have simple calculating process,yet the results from them are extensive.The recurrence coefficient method has complicated calculating process,yet the result from it is accurate.With the responsible attitude to the varieties taken in the regional test,I think the recurrence coefficient method should be used in collecting and analyzing the data of the fresh edible soybean regional test.

用适定性参数法、变异系数法、高稳系数法和回归系数法等4种分析方法,对参加2005年江苏省鲜食春大豆品种区试的各品种(系)的丰产性和稳定性进行了分析和评价。结果表明,这几种方法均可用于鲜食大豆区试结果分析,且分析结果类似,但各有优劣:适定性参数法、变异系数法和高稳系数法计算简便,但结果粗放;回归系数法计算繁琐,但结果精确。笔者认为在鲜食大豆区试汇总时应使用回归系数法。

The resistance to soybean mosaic virus of 162 cultivars from the soybean national regional test and local soybean regional test in Jiangsu,Beijing and Shandong in 2003—2005 was evaluated under inoculation with six prevalent strains,i.e.SC-3,SC-8,SC-11,SC-12,SC-13 and SC-17.The results showed that eight cultivars(Ji B04-3,Weidou 6,BN101,Hengsheng 1,Bindou95-20, Zhongpin02-046,Dongda 2 and Dongda 4) were resistance in infection to six strains.Seven cultivars(Youchun 01-32,Gongdou 114-1,Zhongdou 32,Ji G04-85,Zhongzuo 00-683,Ke 02-17 and Zhongpin 661) were resistance in infection to five strains.In addition,six and eight cultivars were resistance in infection to four and three strains respectively.Six cultivars(Zhongzuo 01-03,Meng 89-52,Shanning 11,Jinghuang 03-5,Chengdou 7 and Nandou 99) were resistance in development to six strains.These cultivars can not only be used directly in soybean production,but also be used as resistance resources in breeding programs.The study also showed that cultivars of symptomless and high resistance were 37%,high susceptibility cultivars were 23.5%.The cultivars from Huang-Huai-Hai valleys were more resistant to SMV than those from the other regions.

对2003—2005年参加国家及江苏、北京、山东等省市大豆区域试验的162个品种,在分别接种我国大豆主产区6个大豆花叶病毒流行株系SC-3、SC-8、SC-11、SC-12、SC-13和SC-17情况下,对其抗性进行了分析。结果表明,冀B04-3、潍豆6号、BN101、恒盛一号、滨豆95-20、中品02-046、东大2号和东大4号8个品种对6个株系表现抗侵染,占参试品种总数的4.94%;油春01-32、贡豆114-1、中豆32、冀G04-85、中作00-683、科02-17和中品661对5个株系表现抗侵染,占参试品种总数的4.32%;另外,分别有6个和8个品种对4个株系和3个株系表现抗侵染。中作01-03、蒙89-52、山宁11号、京黄03-5、承豆7号和南豆99对6个株系表现抗扩展。以上品种不仅可直接用于生产,也可用作抗SMV育种的抗源。研究还显示,参试材料中无症状和高抗品种约占37%,高感类型占23.5%,其余为中间型。来自于黄淮海大豆产区的品种一般抗性较好。
