The arc Volt-Amp characteritics and the critical welding parameters forming pulsed rotating-spray transfer(PRST) in MAG welding with Ar+O 2 and Ar+CO 2 shielding gas were studied. It is shown that the position of the arc VoltAmpcharacteristic curve varied with the shielding gas constitution. The PRST is most easily formed withAr+2%O 2 shielding gas but cannot formed with Ar+20%CO 2 shielding gas.

研究了直流反极性脉冲MAG(活性气体保护)焊在不同配比的Ar+CO2,Ar+O2时,电弧的静特性、脉冲参数以及形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡临界规范值的变化。结果表明,气体成分及配比不同时,电弧静特性曲线位置不同,在其它条件相同的情况下,Ar+2%O2的脉冲电流最高,最易形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡;Ar+20%CO2的脉冲电流最低,不能形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡
