Aluminium plain plate-corrugated fin type intercooler of low-weight, high heat transfer capability and compact size has been newly developed in recent years. Through elements performance testing, the author has gathered heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics, and measures have been taken to guarantee operating life. Based on all these, aluminium plain plate-cor-rugated fin type intercooler has been designed, manufactured, and tested on a turbocharged diesel engine for hundreds of hours. Test results show that performance and structure are in good condition, and justify that aluminium plain plate-corrugated fin type intercooler shall be developed.

Problems of performance parameters correction for a turbocharged 2-stroke diesel engine under different atmospheric conditions have seldombeen discussed and few articles on them have been published so far as weknow.This paper has used the working process programmed calculation me-thod recommended by CIMAC for ascertaining the effect of different atmo- ??spheric conditions on the performance parameters of a 2-stroke highly-turbocharged medium speed marine diesel engine of Type E390V.As aresult,a correction formula is proposed.The analysis according to the sta-tistical inference theory shows that the corrected results of test bed engineparameters measured under different atmospheric conditions are in goodagreement.In fact,this correction program has been formally adopted bymany organizations concerned,and therefore its use may be extended to manyother types of engines.

关于涡轮增压二冲程柴油机在不同大气状况下性能参数的修正问题,目前发表的资料很少。本文应用国际内燃机协会(CIMAC)推荐的工作过程计算程序,对国产Hudong—E390V型二冲程涡轮增压中速船用柴油机进行计算,得到了柴油机性能参数随大气状况变化的关系,从而求得了修正公式及修正系数,把在不同大气状况下柴油机台架试验的结果,修正到标准大气状况后进行统计推断分析,认为修正结果相当准确。该项用程序计算的修正方法已被有关单位正式采用,并可推广应用于其他型式的柴油机。
