The radiation effects on femoral CFU-c and the frequency of chromosomal aberrations of bone marrow cells in mice were observed at various intervals after 100, 300, 500, 700, 900 and 1100 rad whole body r-irradiation. The results indicated that between the dose response and either the log survival of CFU-c or aberration frequency existed good linear relationship(100-700 rad) .After exposure to 900-1100 rad y-rays, the average number of CFU-c was less than 0.5% of the normal control and chromosom aberration cells...

Moreover, no colonies were observed in the spleens of the animals that survived for 8 days after receiving 900 rad.It is suggested that doses of 900-1100 rad which almost injure all the haemopoietic stem cells may be applied as a threshold dose causing loss of self-recovery of haemopoiesis in mice.The recovery patterns of CFU-c following γ-rays with 300 and 700 rad for 21 days were also described in the paper.

本文观察了小鼠经γ线100,300,500,700,900,和1100 rad照射后不同时间,股骨CFU-C的辐射效应以及骨髓细胞染色体畸变率。结果表明,在100~700 rad剂量范围内,CFU-C活存率的对数和染色体畸变率与照射剂量之间均有良好的线性关系。照射900~1100 rad后,CFU-C的平均数只有对照的0.5%以下,而染色体畸变率高达90%以上,而且,小鼠受全身照射900 rad以上内源性,脾结节已不出现。可以认为900~1100 rad基本已杀伤小鼠全部造血干细胞,因而是丧失自身造血重建能力的阈剂量。文中还阐述了经300和700 rad γ线照射后的21天中,CFU-C恢复的动态。

In this paper,a survey on utilization of waste heat about 216 reheating furnaces for rolling mill in 8 key enterprises affiliated to Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and 11 key provincial enterprises, is presented. The status quo of waste heat utilization and various causes of low efficiency of existing waste heat recovery system are revealed and clarified. In this paper,a survey on utilization of waste heat about 216 reheating furnaces for rolling mill in 8 key enterprises affiliated to Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and 11 key provincial enterprises, is presented. The status quo of waste heat utilization and various causes of low efficiency of existing waste heat recovery system are revealed and clarified. Based on a newly practised concept of full-self recovery system, the paper also calculates the energy-saving potentials for these furnaces and discusses the way of how to fully reserve and recover the latent energy.

本文发表了冶金部所属19个重点企业和地方骨干企业的216座轧钢加热炉的烟气余热利用的调查结果。它阐明和揭示了烟气余热利用的现状和现存炉子热回收装置效率低下的原因,并根据烟气余热充分自回收的新概念和实践经验对这些炉子的节能潜力及其挖掘的途径进行了计算和探讨.

There existed many problems in punch pin seam-type furnace in Changzhou Iron & Steel Works (CISW) , for example, flame and flue gas escaping frcm the furnace opening, work conditions being bad, and thermal efficiency only 6.03 per cent. This paper introduces the study of energy-saying reformation and design plan made by MDRIIS cn this furnace for CISW, in this plan all-self recovery and utilization of waste heat of high-temperature flue gases was taken as key point. After the furnace was put into operation, overflow cf flame and flue gases has been improved obviously,and the thermal efficiency of the furnace increases up to 26 per cent.

常州钢铁厂的缝式冲头炉,炉口冒火严重,劳动条件很差,热效率只有6.03%。本文介绍了马鞍山钢铁设计研究院以充分自身回收利用高温烟气余热为核心,对常钢缝式炉进行的节能技术改造设计方案的研究。经改造投产后的炉子冒烟冒火得到明显抑制热效率提高到26%。
