To obtain an oil-free high vacuum is a problem urgently needed to be solved in many of the present day industries. The backstream sources and radial distribution are investigated with a H-5 type diffusion pump. The variation of backstream with the operating process of the diffusion pump is studied by means of an electrometer balance and some processes are explained as well. It is discovered that vapour transmission along a circular tube obeys exponentiat decay law L and d here stand for the length and diameter of the tithe respectively; n,n0 indicate the vapour density at L and L = 0 respectively andα signifies the oil vapour condensation coefficient on the wall of the tube. The difference between theoretical deduction and the experimental data is only 11%. The oil vapour condensation coefficient on the collecting probe and the secondary reflection from the backstream beam to the back of the probe are measured.

获取没有油蒸汽的高真空是近代很多部门急需解决的问题。利用H─5型扩散泵 研究了返流的来源及经向分布。应用电表秤装置对返流随扩散泵工作过程的变化进行了 研究,并解释了部份物理过程。发现油蒸汽沿导管传输呈指数衰减规律,即 L和 d分别是管子的长度及直径,n0是 L=0处的蒸汽密度,n是 L处的蒸汽密 度,α是油蒸汽分子打在管壁上的凝结系数。理论推导与实验结果相差11%。测量了 油蒸汽打在油收集极上的凝结系数及返流油束中二次散射到收集极背面的数量。

本文綜合論述可用能函数的热力学基础,有最常見的热力过程可用能量损失的計算公式。文中以这一函数为基础,作出实际循环的可用能流图,对循环的热力学完善性进行分析和評价——第二定律分析法。这种方法可把各类热力机械的效率指标統一起来,便于分析现代綜合的热力循环,对能量的合理利用提供了理論上的依据。文中还通过正循环和逆循环的实例,具体討論这种方法在力能装置和热泵中的应用。論述中作者說明了这种方法的重要性並从力能角度提出“数量分析”和“质量分析”的概念。
