The author suggests that for the Theological rockmass measurements of displacement may be conducted in the mine openings of round section.

According to the theory of NATM, a series of instrument has been used for monitoring the stability of surrounding rock and the load condition of supporting structure. The rock mass consisting of slightly inclined, highly fissured sand stone and shale with interbedded clayey seams and steep inclined fracture zones are present in the rock. The deformation character and tendency of the surrounding rock mass have been studied preliminarily in this paper.

本文主要介绍在小浪底坝址进行的15m跨度隧洞的开挖试验中,根据“新奥法”原理采用多种仪器对围岩稳定性及支护受力状态进行监测的方法及主要成果。初步揭示了在缓倾角、多裂隙有夹泥的砂页岩地层中,并有高角度断层破碎带的情况下,围岩变形的特征和规律。

The bulging of ingot with a liguid core during rolling is the plastic bending of its solidified shell as a result of a liguid core pressure and a rolling pressure on ingot,which is one of the main deformation characters of the rolling in an unsolidified state. According to the simulation eaperim-ents of rolling aluminium ingot which tincore, some factors affecting the bulging were investigated and analysed.

液芯钢锭轧制过程中产生鼓肚,是由于在液芯内压力和轧制压力的作用下,钢锭凝固壳产生塑性弯曲变形的结果,它是液芯钢锭最主要的变形特点。本文根据模拟试验研究和分析,探讨了影响鼓肚变形的一些因素,初步提出了变形深透程度估计方法。通过模拟比为1:8的模拟试验,得出现行轧制条件下,ZF6.67吨沸腾钢锭和ZZ7.2吨冷封顶镇静钢锭的原始可轧体积液芯率为7%以下,结果与工业试验比较吻合。
