In this work the argon atomized powders of superalloy 1N100 were utilized. Powders thermodegassed under vacuum were filled into stainless steel containers, which were consolidated by hot extrusion after sealing. Effects of parameters of extrusion on the superplasticity and other mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The result has shown that hot extruded P/M IN100 alloy exhibits excellent superplasticity. The elongation of tensile samples can be over 1000% at 1040℃ and strain rate of 10-2-10-3/min,...

In this work the argon atomized powders of superalloy 1N100 were utilized. Effects of parameters of extrusion on the superplasticity and other mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The result has shown that hot extruded P/M IN100 alloy exhibits excellent superplasticity. The elongation of tensile samples can be over 1000% at 1040℃ and strain rate of 10-2-10-3/min, and its flow stress is only about 1.0-2.5 kgf/mm2. The characteristic ultrafine microstructure of superplastic alloy as well as its varieties of structures and properties after heat treatment were described. The mechanical properties and creep rupture properties of P/M 1N100 are better than those of as-cast material.

本工作采用氩气雾化INl00合金粉,经真空脱气,装入不锈钢套,封焊后,进行热挤压。挤压棒材具有良好的超塑性,在温度为1040℃应变速率为10~(-2)~10~(-3)/min时,拉伸试样的延伸率可达824~1090%,流动应力仅为1.O~1.5kgf/mm~2。本文研究了挤压工艺参数对合金超塑性和机械性能的影响,探索了最佳超塑性的温度范围,研究了超塑性合金的组织特点以及经热处理后的组织变化。试验结果说明热挤压粉末IN100合金的室温和7000℃的抗张性能以及持久性能均优于铸造IN100合金。

This article describes the thermodynamics and kinetics of hydrogen reduction of metal chlorides, and indicater that most chlorides can be reduced by hydrogen. During the reduction process, it is possible to obtain metal with dense layer or ultrafine powder by controlling the reaction temperature and chloride concentration. The effects of reaction temperature and chloride concentration on the deposition rate of metal are also discussed. The investigation and application of this process are presented.

本文对金属氯化物氢还原过程的热力学及动力学进行了分析讨论,指出大多数金属氯化物可被氢气还原。在还原过程中,控制反应温度及氯化物浓度可以获得金属致密镀层或超微粉末。同时还讨论了反应温度和氯化物浓度对金属沉积速度的影响。并略举了这方面的研究和应用。

The preparation technique of ultrafine tungsten powder by the hydrogen reduction of the metal chlorides has een investigated and the optimumparameters for this process at temperature 950℃ have been obtained.

采用CVD技术,以扩大的规模对氢还原钨的氯化物制取超微金属钨粉的过程及主要参数对钨粉质量的影响规律进行了研究,得出了反应温度为950℃时的最佳工艺条件。
