Based on the new idea of adopting two pumps for the combination lift on oil wells with high pressure, high viscosity,fow permeability and fow fluid level, the lift technology of sucker ed pumping combined with jet pumping is developed,and the development and test of the casing-fixed jet pump are introduced. The correlation expression for the matching of the jetting elements is presented, and the procedures of the matching are given. The result of the test shows that the above-mentioned technology...

Based on the new idea of adopting two pumps for the combination lift on oil wells with high pressure, high viscosity,fow permeability and fow fluid level, the lift technology of sucker ed pumping combined with jet pumping is developed,and the development and test of the casing-fixed jet pump are introduced. The correlation expression for the matching of the jetting elements is presented, and the procedures of the matching are given. The result of the test shows that the above-mentioned technology is feasible and the jet pump is reliable in operation. Compared with sucker rod pumping, under the same conditions, by adopting the combination lift, the setting depth of the sucker rod pump can be decreased, the load on the pumping unit can be reduced, and the production rate can be increased remarkably.

根据单井双泵组合举升比单一有杆泵举升能更有效地开采高压、高粘、低渗透、低液面油井的新构想,开发了“有杆泵+射流泵”单井双泵组合举升工艺,介绍了与之配套的套管固定式井下射流泵的研制和试验情况,引入了射流元件的参数匹配相关式,并给出了匹配步骤。试验结果表明,新开发的单井双泵组合举升工艺及与其配套的套管式射流泵切实可行。与单一有杆泵举升相比,在相同条件下,“有杆泵+射流泵”单井双泵组合举升可显著降低有杆泵下入深度,减轻抽油机载荷,改善油井抽汲条件和产出波的运移性,增油效果显著。
