The diseases of this investigation include mental retardation (765, 2.64‰), schizophrenia (380, 1.31‰), deaf-mute (375, 1.29‰), nerve system defect (174, 0.60‰), bone/joint/muscle defect (480, 1.65‰), blind or poor sight (150, 0.52‰), body surface defect (57, 0.19‰). There is significant difference between male and female on mental retardation and schizophrenia. Seven sorts evolution defect are further divided. The author discussed the causes of the diseades and the genetic way of some of them. The author also suggested the way how to prevent and reduce the diseases.

为了了解我区我市人口素质,掌握几种严重发育缺陷病的发病情况,对呼和浩特市三区、一乡29万人中的七类发育缺陷病进行了群体调查。总患病率为8.21‰,其中智力低下患者765名。小病率为2.64‰;精神分裂症380名,患病率为1.31‰;聋哑症375名,心病率1.29‰;神经系统缺陷174名,患病率为0.60‰;骨关节肌肉缺陷480名,患病率为1.65‰;盲和低视力150名,患病率为0.52‰;外表缺陷57名,患病率为0.20‰, 智力低下和精神分裂症的男女患病率有显著差异,本文对七类主要发育缺陷作了进一步分类,探讨了致病因素和一些遗传病的遗传方式,提出了预防措施。

Artificial-joint replacement has become a widely accepted treatment in orthopedic surgery. The performances of such a technical structure in the muscular-skeletal system are quite complicated and have many biological and mechanical aspects. Some practical requirements can be formulated that have to be taken into account when new designs or surgical procedures are to be considered.We computed and experimented on loosening of artificial hip and studied the interface between the implant and bone cement. Two dimensional finite element method (FEM) analyses were used to determine the stress distribution. The calculation showed that the fixation of the prosthetic components without bone cement has been very successful.The interface stresses of the hip were studied to develop a model of total hip replacement. Artifiaial joint using porous material was also studied. The ingrowth of bone tissue into the joint was substantial when fixation was achieved without cement. The stresses in the boneprosthesis system can be determined from experiments.By use of the FEM analyses, the distribution of stress displacement at the femur under pressure, has been calculated. From the biomechanical point of view, it can be shown that this method of biological fixation completely conforms to the principle of biomechanics. Biological fixation promotes the new bone formation and accelerates bone joint union in the patient.

本文从理论和实验上分析了人工髋关节引起的松动的原因,并进行了松动实验和有限元分析。在此基础上作者提出了改进的办法,提倡使用多孔材料进行生物学固定,并从理论上论证了这种方法的优越性。

The paper introduces a bone cement with many functions. The bone cement can be applied for replacement of bone joint, filling in bone turnout surgery and adhesion of bone. Compared with common bone cement, it has these merits: (1) it can release antibiotic for effective control of infection after surgical operation, (2) it shows its colours in X-ray for observing the result of surgical operation. Clinical application to about one hundred cases reveals satisfactory result.

本文介绍了一种多功能的骨粘结剂,适用于骨关节的人工置换、骨瘤术充填和骨科粘结。该材料与普通骨水泥相比,具有(1)能释放抗生素以有效地控制术后感染;(2)能在X射线上显影以观察手术效果。临床应用近百例,取得了较为满意的效果。
