Due to an urgent need for taming the Yellow River, it is of important practical and theoretical significances to study systematically the environmental evolution and the regularities of water and sediment movement in the Yellow River basin. An outline is given in this paper concerning the important significance of this study, the content and principal objectives of the research project, the progresses made so far and the working arrangement for the near future. In the recent two year studies of this project, a series of background values have been obtained which can be used as a basis for revealing the environmental evolution, and the understanding has been deepened concerning the regularities of water and sediment movement. All these have accumulated valuable and reliable scientific data for comprehensive analises and all-aspect studies in the coming two years.

由于黄河治理任务的紧迫性,系统地研究黄河流域环境演变与水沙运行规律,有着重大的实践意义和学术意义。本文就该项目研究的重要意义、项目内容与主攻目标、研究进展和下一步工作打算作了简要的阐述。近二年来本项研究取得了一系列环境变化背景值,深化了水沙运行规律的认识,为今后二年的综合分析和全面总结,积累了可靠的科学数据。

The microclimatic charactex and effects of the artificial vegetation over sand dunes in Shapotou area were analyzed. The results may be summarized as follows: 1. The air temperature, vapour pressure and temperature of surface soil in the area where the sand dunes covered by the artificial vegetation are higher during daytime and lower during night than that on bare sand dune surface. 2. The wind velocities decrease for 55%, 32%,24% and 19% at 0.5, 1. 0, 1. 5 and 2. 0 meters respectively over the artificial vegetation....

A test study of drinking water defluoridation by bone char and its regeneration of 10 circles was made and the authors did the correlation analysis on various factors for drinking water defluoridation by bone char and its regeneration. The results indicated that the sequence of regenerative circles of bone char with the desorption rate of absorbed fluoride, the fluoride absorption capacities and the des-orption amount of absorbed fluoride presented positive and negative correlations (r = 0, 8961, r = -0. 9617...

A test study of drinking water defluoridation by bone char and its regeneration of 10 circles was made and the authors did the correlation analysis on various factors for drinking water defluoridation by bone char and its regeneration. The results indicated that the sequence of regenerative circles of bone char with the desorption rate of absorbed fluoride, the fluoride absorption capacities and the des-orption amount of absorbed fluoride presented positive and negative correlations (r = 0, 8961, r = -0. 9617 and r=-0. 8407) respectively; and that the fluoride absorption capacities of bone char with the desorption amount of absorbed fluoride and the desorption rate of absorbed fluoride manifested positive and negative correlations (r=0. 9799 and r = -0. 9617) . The significance test of correlation coefficients assumed (P<0. 01) the fluoride absorption and desorption of bone char was in a relative " balance state" and it kept the certain absorption ability in the process of drinking water defluoridation and its regeneration along with the progressive increase of regenerative times. The regularity presented practical and theoretical significances for bone char defluoridation of drinking water.

笔者对饮水骨碳降氟再生进行了10个周期的实验室研究,并对再生诸因素进行了相关分析。结果表明,骨碳的再生周期序数与吸氟容量呈负相关(r=—0.9617),与吸附氟化物脱附率和脱附量分别呈正相关和负相关(r=0.8961,r=—0.8407);骨碳的吸氟容量与吸附氟化物脱附量和脱附率分别呈正相关和负相关(r=0.9799,r=-0.9617),经相关系数的显著性检验(P<0.01)。在再生过程中,随再生次数的递增,骨碳的吸附与脱附最终处于一种相对“平衡状态”,并保持一定吸-附能力。这一变化规律,对现场骨碳降氟站具有很重要的实用价值和理论意义。
